Gluten and dairy free lasagne

 
 
Sooo this recipe is actually delicious 😋The best lasagne I know all the taste but no bloating, feeling stuffed and ready to burst type of feeling even if you stuff your face 👍🏼  It is a quick and easy favourite at home everyone loves it and schhhhh nobody knows that it is literally a third of the calories and no gluten or dairy! The only exception is that I usually put Lighter mature cheddar cheese on top and then only eat the layers below for myself and my baby girl while the lads have the cheesy crust that they like which is fine with me.. anyway if you do not want to add the cheese on top then just leave it out I always finish off with the white sauce on top anyway..
 
i start with two packets of this:
 
Then I add these seasonings
These are two Vegetable Knorr cubes..
 
Then after it dries up a bit I add 🍅 
Then I let it simmer for about 10min.. 
 
Then for the white sauce I use this milk but any dairy free milk will do except coconut milk it will take over the flavour Inrecommend almond or oat 🥛 
 
 
I mix this with cornflour any will do forgot to take a
pic sorry 😅 and I just finished my lasagne and I am too comfy to get up and take a pic 😂
 
Anyway important thing is to mix the cornflour the milk and the salt and pepper BEFORE you put the cooker on because cornflour thickens up pretty quickly..
 
Then for the actual lasagne sheets I use the only one I know that taste better than normal pasta sheets it’s from Sainsbury’s it goes really soft and it’s so nice 😍
 
 
Then I layer as normal and add the optional Lighter cheddar on top pop in the oven for 20min then it’s done! 
 
It tastes better than it looks thankfully 👀
